The One Life Benefits Web Portal allows members to easily view medical benefits, track claims, and view membership information using a web browser on their mobile device or computer. This guide walks through everything you need to access and use it.
Three things, that's it
To access the portal, gather the following before you start.
Membership / NRC Number
Your user ID is your One Life Membership Number or your NRC Number.
Mobile Phone Number
Register a mobile number to receive your OTP (One Time Password) whenever needed. Child dependants can be registered using a parent's number.
An Internet-Connected Device
Any device with a browser and internet connection works — mobile phone, tablet, or computer.

Open the browser on your device (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.) and use any of the routes below.

Your dashboard at a glance
After signing in, you'll see a dashboard showing your name, plan name, employer, total claims, total paid, and more — organized into four tabs.
Profile
View personal details related to your membership.
Benefits
View the services covered under your plan.
Claims
Track the status of your submitted claims.
History
View past activity and hospital visits.
Make it yours
From Settings you can view and change appearance preferences, and enable a monthly report of your benefits and utilization sent straight to your email.
SMS Verification
Change or set up the phone number used for verification and One Time Passwords.
Benefit Reports
Turn on a monthly summary of your benefit utilization and claims, sent to your email address on the 1st of each month.
