Mobile money and card payments are processed instantly. Bank transfers typically take 1–2 business days to reflect. You'll receive an SMS and email confirmation once your payment is successfully processed.
You'll need your policy number, the amount to pay, and your preferred payment method credentials — mobile money account, bank account, or debit/credit card. Have these ready before you begin.
